It’s been a long time, but it seems that circumstances have finally aligned to allow me to approach this website with a fresh perspective.
Coming into the new year, a question I find myself asking is: how do I become part of the solution, instead of the problem?
Most of what I read is discouraging. A global oversupply of wine, a shrinking customer base for wine consumption, and yet prices continue to creep up as salaries remain relatively stagnant.
I try to remind myself that nothing stays the same forever, and that change will come slowly but inevitably. My role, hopefully, is to stand on the right side of history, rather than just going with what is easy.
