After almost three years I’ve decided to offer my book, The 7 Key Wine Concepts, for free.
Although much time has passed, I can wholeheartedly say that the content within The 7 Key Wine Concepts remains relevant even today. It was always my intention that this book could stand on it’s own, regardless of what changes within the world of wine. It is a book aimed at the neophyte, focussing on the issues that mattered the most to the consumer and ignoring those that were most trivial.
I’ve come a long way since first publishing this book in 2014. Working in a hospitality environment, passing the Certified Sommelier exam and now studying for my Wines and Spirits Diploma have all gradually yet irrevocably changed my perspective of wine on a very deep level.
Working in a restaurant has given me the chance to affect hundreds of people by sharing my learning and passion with guests who come in to dine with us. By releasing The 7 Key Wine Concepts for free, I hope I can affect thousands.
