After learning about Vinification, Viticulture, Aromas and Flavours, Structure, Quality and Wine Faults, you should be ready to look at grape varieties individually and consider how they affect the final wine in the bottle.
There are thousands of varieties in the world, so I have paid special attention to the most widely grown and commercially available examples, those you would most likely encounter in a Wine Shop, Wine Bar or a Restaurant.
