Recently we had an opportunity to visit the Hunter Valley for a day, a good chance for my colleagues and I to learn about winemaking first-hand.
The Hunter Valley is a 2-3 hour drive north from Sydney. It’s most famous for producing Semillon, Chardonnay, and Shiraz.
The winemakers we visited were very generous, both with their time and with their wines, of which we tasted many.
